We cut this mat to mimic the signed album, notice the floating pick. The pick was mounted between two pieces of glass, but before mounting we made a copy of the reverse side so its shadow is the back of pick.

Client wanted to be able to remove Frank Sinatra book, this was accomplished by hinging the face frame and a slide mount .
This hinged frame is different from the Sinatra frame in that the original newspaper was very fragile. We made a copy of and put the copy in the front and the original was treated and encapsulated so that it can be protected from light and handled without doing harm.
